Application
(1) Paint
Used as a cost-effective alternative to partial replacement of zinc powder (up to 25% by weight) in zinc-rich coatings;
(2) Weldable coating
Electric welding applications in automotive and equipment manufacturing, pre-construction primers; weldable coil coatings, adhesives, sealants;
(3) Conductive coating
Make the coating with electrical and thermal conductivity;
(4) Shielding layer for electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference
Used as a cost-effective alternative (up to 30% by weight) to partially replace nickel pigment or copper pigment shielding in terms of EMI and RFI resistance;
(5) powder metallurgy additives
It can reduce the sintering temperature, improve the pressing efficiency, and increase the wet strength of unsintered powder.
