Application

1. Metal nano lubricating additive: Add 0.1~0.5% nano bismuth powder to the grease to form a self-lubricating and self-healing film on the surface of the friction pair during the friction process, which significantly improves the performance of the grease;

2. Metallurgical additives: bismuth powder can be used as additives for cast iron, steel and aluminum alloys to improve the free cutting properties of alloys;

3. Magnetic materials: bismuth has a small thermal neutron absorption cross section, low melting point and high boiling point, so it can be used as a heat transfer medium in nuclear reactors;

4. Other applications:

It is widely used in various bismuth alloy products, oil exploration perforating charges, low temperature solders, plastic fillers, electroplating wheels, grinding discs, sharpening knife, and the preparation of high-purity semiconductor materials and high-purity bismuth compounds.
