Application
Zirconium carbide cermet powder is
1. used for infrared detection, electrodes, refractory crucibles and cathode electron emission materials.
2. used as an abrasive for the processing of various hard metals, corundum or glass.
3. produce wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant zirconia crucibles and knives.
4. used in the nuclear fuel industry, wear-resistant protective film on electronic equipment, tools, ultra-hard film materials, and high-brightness electron-emitting films.
5. Zirconium carbide used for coating
-Low density loose zirconium carbide coatings have good thermal stress and insulation properties and can be used as insulating materials;
-High density dense zirconium carbide coatings have good permeability resistance, and can be used as a protective coating.
