Product Description
Zirconium hydride is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula ZrH2. Its preparation method is the same as that of titanium hydride. Zirconium hydride powder is obtained by absorbing hydrogen, crushing and ball milling of sponge zirconium in a reaction furnace. And the temperature of the hydrogenation reaction is often carried out at 900 °C. It is a stable powder, stable to air and water under normal conditions. It reacts violently with oxidants and strong acids, it burns smoothly when ignited, begins to decompose at 300°C in a vacuum, and completely decomposes at 500-700°C.
